Refund Policy

At Ivy and Elik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear process for cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981).

 

1. Cancellation Period

You may cancel your transaction and request a refund within 14 days from the date you received the product, or from the date you received the transaction confirmation (digital receipt from morning), whichever is later.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Custom Orders: Please note that products made specifically to your personal specifications or customized items cannot be cancelled or returned under the law.

 

4. Cancellation Fees

  • Non-Defective Returns: If you choose to cancel a transaction for personal reasons (not due to a defect), a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund, as permitted by law.

  • Defective Items: If the product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation. In this case, you will receive a full refund or a replacement with no cancellation fees.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of shipping the item back to our studio in Balfuria is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • Original shipping fees (35 NIS) are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

 

6. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our studio, we will process the refund. The credit will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase via the grow system. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
