Terms & Conditions

The website is operated by Ivy and Elik, owned by Elinor Kent, Licensed Dealer (Osek Patur) 034764399 (hereinafter: "Site Management" / "The Business"). Use of this website constitutes full agreement to these terms and forms a legally binding agreement between the user and Site Management. Site Management reserves the right to update these terms at its sole discretion.

 

1. Eligibility

Use of this site and the ability to make purchases are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By making a purchase, the user declares they are at least 18 years old and legally competent. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.

The site offers handmade fashion products and accessories. Please note that due to the nature of handmade items and screen displays, slight variations in color, shade, or print placement may occur between the images and the physical product.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS).

  • Osek Patur Status: The business operates as an "Exempt Dealer" under Israeli law. Therefore, VAT is not charged. The price displayed is the final price for payment.

  • Payment is required at the time of order via credit card. Bit or PayBox payments may be coordinated in advance via WhatsApp.

  • Transactions are subject to approval by the credit card company or clearing provider (grow).

5. Security and Privacy

We utilize advanced security measures to protect user data. Credit card details are processed via secure, third-party clearing providers and are not stored on our servers.

6. Product Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation.

  • Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, improper use, chemical exposure, or washing/treatment not in accordance with instructions.

  • Liability is limited to product replacement or a refund of the purchase price, at the business's discretion. The business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • The Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be held liable for any direct and/or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service and/or the use of a product purchased on the site.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Preparation Time: Up to 5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Methods: Door-to-door delivery or local pickup (Balfuria) by prior appointment.

  • Timeline: Total delivery time consists of preparation time plus shipping time. The business is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Transactions may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction document, whichever is later, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981).

  • Cancellation notice must be sent via email or WhatsApp to +972 52-588-5718.

  • Cancellation Fees: For non-defective returns, a fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be charged.

  • Custom Orders: Products made specifically to order or personalized cannot be cancelled.

9. Returns and Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or business error.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images on this site are the exclusive property of Ivy and Elik. No content may be copied or used without prior written permission.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is granted to the competent courts in the Northern District.
