Shipping Policy

At Ivy and Elik, we take great pride in ensuring your handmade items are packed beautifully and delivered safely from our studio in Balfuria to your door.

• Israel Door-to-Door Delivery: 35₪ (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days).

• International shipping: will be determined at checkout by a flat rate per country.

• Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed starting Sunday.

• Local Pickup: You are welcome to collect your order from our studio located at 17 Hagafen Road, Balfuria, Israel.

  • Note: Local pickup must be coordinated in advance via WhatsApp at +972 52-588-5718.

• Eco-Friendly Documentation: As an Osek Patur, we issue digital receipts via the morning system. These will be sent directly to your email upon payment confirmation and are valid for both local and international tax records.

• Disclaimer: Ivy and Elik is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (for international orders), or circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or security-related delays).
